What does a hot tub need before delivery?

A level surface that can carry the weight — a reinforced concrete pad or a rated deck — and an electrician for 240v models. Plug-n-play spas need a dedicated 20 amp GFCI outlet. We will confirm the pad size and clearances for the model you choose.

Plug-n-play or 240v?

Plug-n-play (110/120v) needs no electrician and suits smaller spas and decks, but heats slowly and cannot run the heater and jets together. 240v heats faster, holds temperature in winter and powers bigger pumps. Viking convertible models let you start on 120v and upgrade later.

How much does a hot tub cost to run?

A well-insulated spa with a good cover typically adds a modest amount to a monthly electric bill, even in an Ohio winter. Hot Spring and Sundance are the most efficient we carry; a tight cover matters more than any other single thing.

Can you get it into my backyard?

Usually. Our crew delivers with a spa dolly and can handle most gates, slopes and decks. Send a few photos of the path from the driveway and we will tell you before you buy.

Do you take trade-ins or remove old spas?

Ask us. We can often remove an old spa when we deliver the new one, and we will tell you honestly whether it has resale value.
